Raises Funds for Computer Lab

‘Basera’, an NGO organized a variety programme on the premises of St. Martin Public School, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi here yesterday. It lent a helping hand in raising funds for a new computer laboratory for the school. Noted TV artists Jaspal Bhatti and Hemang Patel provided entertainment to the huge gathering on the occasion. Ch. Bahadur Singh, Education Minister of Delhi was the Chief Guest for the evening. In his address, he lauded the efforts of ‘Basera for such causes. A sum of four lacs of money generated through gate money was donated to the school. Jaspal Bhatti brought the crowd to its feet with his hilarious jobs. Mr. B. Rajan thanked the organisers for their help for the noble cause.
