Note: Attempt Five questions in all, selecting one question from each Unit. Q. No. 1 is compulsory. All questions carry equal marks.

प्रत्येक इकाई से एक प्रश्न चुनते हुए, कुल पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रश्न संख्या 1 अनिवार्य है। सभी प्रश्नों के अंक सगान हैं।

1 Write short notes on the following:

निम्नलिखित पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियाँ लिखिए :

(a) Meaning and Nature of Social Science

Unit I (इकाई-I)

2 Enlist the aims of teaching social science at school level. How far are these aims realise in our schools?

स्कूल स्तर पर शिक्षण के उद्देश्यों को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए। हमारे स्कूल में इन उद्देश्यों को कैसे प्राप्त करते हैं ?

3 Discuss, how social science is correlated with other subjects? Justify the correlation with some examples.

सामाजिक विज्ञान अन्य विषयों से कैसे सम्बन्धित हैं ? कुछ उदाहरणों द्वारा सम्बन्धों को निर्णीत कीजिए।

Unit II (इकाई II)

4 Pedagogically analyse the topic Constitution of India’.

शैक्षणिक रूप से भारत का संविधान विषय पर विश्लेषण कीजिए।

5 Define and explain the following terms with examples:

निम्नलिखित पदों को उदाहरण सहित परिभाषित कीजिए और वर्णन कीजिए :

(a) Social Structure

सामाजिक संरचना

(b) Social Stratification

सामाजिक स्तरीकरण

(c) Community.

6 Explain the use of the following teaching learning materials:

7 Explain the skill of stimulus variation in detail.

उत्तेजना भिन्नता के कौशल का विस्तृत वर्णन कीजिए।

Unit IV

 8 Explain the meaning, importance and types of evaluation in social science.

सामाजिक विज्ञान में मूल्यांकन का अर्थ, महत्त्व तथा प्रकारों की व्याख्या कीजिए।

9 What is the difference methods employed in the teaching of social science ? Discuss the methods which will you prefer and why?

 सामाजिक शिक्षण में किन विभिन्न विधियों का प्रयोग किया जाता है ? किस विधि को आप अधिक महत्त्व देंगे और क्यों ? वर्णन कीजिए।
