Madam,
A meeting of the class representatives was held today in the presence of Mrs. B. Singh. It was decided to request you to postpone the House Examination starting next week, to the second week of January.
Most of the students have been busy all through this month in connection with the Annual Cultural Week. They could not study even for one hour a day. And some teacher s who were helping could not take their classes. Hence a part of the syllabi has remained uncovered.
If the examination is postponed to the second week of January, the teachers would have two-weeks more to cover the syllabi. The students would get sufficient time to prepare for the examination during the winter break. I hope, madam, you will consider this request from all the students of the college and order postponement of the examination.
