You can even use paper grocery bags more than once very easily. You can stack them up and use them when you go out shopping to pack orders, as covers for textbooks, to carry gifts, to wrap mailing packages and also spread them out to protect a work area.
Plastic margarine tubs can be used to store screws and small items, to store leftover food as dog water dishes and also as beach toys for kids.
We can also use plastic grocery bags for more than once, either as small bedroom wastebaskets, or to pack wet bathing suits or even soggy lunch items.
