I am very sorry to report that my letters are not properly delivered to me.
The postman of our area, Shri Sunil Pal, is very irregular and careless. He does not perform his duty honestly. He delivered my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street.
On the outer wall of my house I have put up a letter box bearing my name and address. But he does not put my letters into my house. I requested him many times but it no effect. I am, therefore, obliged to complain to you against him.
Please take necessary action. I shall feel highly obliged to you for this.
