Dear father,
I am sorry to inform you that I could not do better in the last test. The reason is that I am weak in English and math. I also remained sick for a week. I promise I would improve in the annual examinations. I assure you that I have changed my ways. I am now working hard.
I complete my home-task regularly. I have now joined extra classes also. I also study for three hours at home. I will be active in future and satisfy my all teachers. You can write to any of them.
Once again I assure you that I will come up to your expectations.
With regards to mother and love to youngers.
