Subject: Waterlogged streets
On behalf of the school children of our city, I wish to bring to your notice the appalling condition of the streets which are almost always filled with water. Most of us have to walk to our school every morning and it is very difficult as well as unhygienic to do so in ankle-deep water. I would be grateful if you could look into this matter personally and do the needful.
