Ref.: Your complaint against our television set operating at a very high volume
Dear Mr. Khosla,
I, being a responsible neighbour, feel deeply pained to know that you faced inconvenience because of us. The area watchman has informed that you felt annoyed and disturbed, when we were watching our television last night. Frankly speaking, we did not want to cause any disturbance, taking in view the condition of your dear, ailing father. I would have appreciated, if you had approached me the moment you felt disturbed. We would have, certainly, closed our windows, or lowered the volume.
While tendering my sincere apology for the recent incident, I shall like to assure that in future, every precaution will be taken to keep the sound at a very low level.
With best wishes,
Sincerely yours,
Praveen Sethi
