Dear Mr. Jain,
I beg to draw your kind attention towards some urgent repairs needed in the house. The roofs of the house seem ready to come down in case there are heavy rains. The plaster of the walls is coming off in so many spots. The walls are waiting for a whitewash. The tap in the kitchen is leaking, resulting in a water log in the kitchen.
The flush of the latrine is also out of order. Kindly get it repaired at the earliest.
