Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention towards the deteriorating law and order in our city. Some anti-social elements keep standing at the betel shops and when the girls go to their work, they pass indecent remarks on them. You will find gambling houses on every street. Cases of theft and chain snatching have become common. The police also do not take the necessary steps. They do not patrol at night. The people have a feeling of great insecurity.
You are requested to handle the situation in your own way and depute some constables to arrest those antisocial elements.
