Shri. Dev Prakash, the Ration Depot holder (Depot No. 39) indulges in several malpractices. He gives short measure of commodities and even mixes up defective cereals and sugar by opening the sacks. He mixes up water in kerosene oil and even gives short measure of it. Sometimes, he just puts off the customers that the stock of a particular commodity is nil. Then he sells that stock in the black-market 19 –

Therefore, deterrent action should be taken against Mr. Dev Prakash.
