Courtesy is the Basis of Good Relations

Courtesy is the essence of good manners. A person is forgiven when he apologises politely and courteously. Harsh or rude words cause more pain than wrong deeds. Words like “Please” “Thank You” and “Sorry” are small but can do wonders if spoken with courtesy. One should be courteous, even when he has to turn down a request. Courtesy can bring success and earn friends. A courteous person will never leave his dear and near ones in adverse at any cost and will always try to help them. They happily give support whenever someone needs. So, one can say that courtesy is a treasure that noble persons possess and it remains with them throughout the life.
