Respected Sir,
Most respectfully I state that my class teacher has fined me Rs 50 for keeping my mobile unlocked. A call from my friend disturbed the whole class.
I explained my position to the teacher and tried to convince him that in no way I was to be mischievous: He did not believe me. I do know we are to keep our mobiles switched off. But sir, I have not done it knowingly.
I am a very disciplined and obedient student. I request you to remit the fine. I assure you of my complete obedience. Nothing unbecoming will occur in future.
