I state that I am a XII standard student of your school.
My father has been transferred and in a couple of days will leave to take up his new assignment. This is December and I have to remain here to complete my final year in school.
We have no relative in the city where I can stay for a couple of months. As such I request you to admit me as a boarder in the school hostel to continue my studies uninterruptedly and undisturbed.
I have pinned my hopes on you, sir. I shall be greatly grateful to you for accommodating me in the school hostel.
