Write an Application to the Principal for change of subjects.

Sir,
Respectfully I state that after passing CBSE Examination of my High School I offered for Science group in my XI class.
After attending classes for a couple of weeks. I found that the science subjects were beyond my reach. They did not suit my aptitude. Unfortunately I did not get some proper counseling. I wish to take up Arts group. I have consulted the matter with my parents and they have no objection if I switch over to Arts group.
I request you to understand my predicament and allow me to take up my new subjects so that I can study properly and do not feel handicapped in any way. I promise to cover the previous lessons with all seriousness and sincerity. My parents have recorded their consent on this very application.
I shall be thankful for the whole of my life for this favour.
