Letter regarding the non-receipt of the money order.

March 9, 2003

To,

Head Post Master,

Palam Colony,

New Delhi.

Sir,

This is to draw your attention towards the non-receipt of the Money Order. On February 15, 2003, there was a Money Order (No. 231, Mumbai G.P.O.) in my name sent by my husband from Mumbai, amounting Rs. 4,000/- (Four thousand only) that includes the purchase of household essentials and the fees of my son. On Feb. 25, 2003, I received a call from my husband who intimated me about the same. On enquiring from the local postman, he seemed ignorant about it. This has put me in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position as my son’s exams are near and the fees has to be deposited in order to sit for the exam.

It is my earnest request to you to look into this matter and inform me about the position.

Looking forward to an early and a positive reply.

Thanking you

Yours Sincerely,

Sunita Mahajan
