Dear Mr. Kapil,

Subject: Appointment Letter for the Post of Salesman/ Agent.

 

With reference to your application dated 28th October for ‘the post of Traveling salesman and the subsequent interview on 6th November we have pleasure in appointing you traveling salesman of our company on the following terms and conditions.

1.That you will be given a monthly salary of 20,000 plus 5% commission on the net value of orders secured by you.

2.That you will be entitled for first class rail fare and a daily allowance of 500.

3.That you will book all orders on cash basis only.

  1. That you shall not carry out any other business while on tour.
  2. That either party can terminate the contract by giving 30 days notice in writing.
  3. That all disputes shall be subject to Mumbai courts only.

If you accept the above terms and conditions you may report for duty on 20th November but no case later than 30th November 2011.

Dear Mr. Rajesh,

We congratulate you on your outstanding performance on the very first day. The orders booked by you re really encouraging and it is hoped that you will certainly do better in future. The three samples, which were not ready on your leaving Mumbai, have been airmailed and you can collect the same from M/s Venkat and Sons when you visit them.
