Keeping in view, the steep increase in the price of newsprint and paper for the same, your favourite newspaper is helpless while raising the price of the newspaper by .50 paise and so the regular edition of the newspaper will cost Rs. 3/- w.e.f. November 5, 2003. This increase is very meagre and the newspaper sincerely regrets for the inconvenience caused to its readers. Your kind co-operation in this regard is solicited.
