I really felt rejoiced and physically strong when recently I played a game of hide-n-seek with my cousin in Meerut. It was an awesome experience where I regained my hidden strength.

In metropolitan cities, it is often seen that the children are not indulged in outdoor activities anymore. The reason is growing technology. Today video games, play stations, etc. are available. Even internet and mobile chatting are widespread. The children are not involved in active participation. This makes them physically weak. They lack stamina. They spend their time only sitting on just one chair.

Outside games make children social. They exchange their thoughts with each other.

For excitement and interaction in society, as well as physical fitness, outdoor games are necessary. Forget your video games and enjoy life with your friends.
