Sir,
I beg to inform you that my uncle has been suffering from chronic illness for the last four years.
My uncle is unmarried and so has nobody to look after him. I have been entrusted by my father to look after his health and provide his needs for three months.
I, therefore, request that I may be exempted from coming to school for evening sports. This will give me sufficient time to prepare for my weekly Tests and complete my home work.
