Republic Day was celebrated in Govt. Model High School sector 36-D, Chandigarh
Republic day was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm beginning with flag hoisting by the headmaster Mr. Rakesh Sood. The primary classes gave enthralling performance. More than 50 tiny tots spread the message of peace and patriotism through group songs, dance, play and speeches. Bhangra and Gidha were the special attraction of Republic Day. ed the importance of Republic day in our lives and gave away merit certificates and prizes to the participants. At the end of the programme sweets were distributed amongst the students.
