We thank you for the interest shown in us as the final bidder for your tea gardens in Assam. Your letter speaks volume about your unflinching trust in our organisation, which we consider as an honour. We confirm our visit on Dec. 20, 2002. Our flight will reach India at 20.00 hrs. at Delhi. It would be very nice if someone from your office is present to receive our Vice-President (Operation), Ronaldo, and three of his other associates. We plan to return within a day or two and enjoy Christmas in London. However, if things are delayed then hopefully, we will enjoy Christmas with your organisation at Assam.
