Official Letter Example “letter of complaints reporting the misconduct of the bus conductor” Complete Official Letter for all classes.

Imagine you are Girish. You travelled from Moga to Chandigarh in a Punjab Roadways bus. Write a letter of complaints reporting the misconduct of the bus conductor.

To

            The General Manager,

            Punjab Roadways,

            Moga Depot, Moga.

Sir,

I beg to bring to your kind notice the misconduct. I was travelling from Moga to Chandigarh on the 14th of August, 20…. in  a Punjab Roadways bus No. PJM  2923.

I boarded the said bus at Moga bus stand. The bus left Moga for Chandigarh at 4.30 p.m. I bought the ticket inside the bus as the engine was already in motion. At Jagraon bus-stand, I demanded the balance of Rs 22/- from the bus conductor. He silenced me saying that he was not a theif and that he would pay me the amount when he had the change. Obviously, he was angry for nothing. Again, at Ludhiana, I was told that there was no hurry and that I had not reached my destination. It was at Samrala that I got the balance after a great deal of wordy warfare.

Soon, I found that the bus conductor was a drug-addict. He was tipsy also. He now started misbehaving with lady passengers in the bus. When some elderly men wanted the bus conductor to behave nicely with ladies, he started abusing them. Even the driver of the bus failed to bring round the bus conductor. When I demanded the complaint book, he abused me. Everybody was sore about his behavior. When I reached Chandigarh, I thanked my stars. I had a bad experience of travelling with an impudent and ill-mannered bus conductor.

I request you to look into the matter and take strict action against the bus conductor. Such bus conductors should not be allowed to conduct buses on long routes.

Yours faithfully,

Girish.
