Ref. : Our order No DPL 1257, dated 20th March, 2007

Dear Sir,

I am in receipt of the parcel sent by you a couple of days back in response to my above-mentioned order for supply of books to our library. However, I am shocked to inform that most of the books, supplied by you, are old editions. As such many titles like the Manorama Year book, OAUs Advanced Learnear’s Dictionary and Encyclopedia Britannica won’t serve the required purpose. Even the management is not ready to accept the books that are obsolete.

After careful deliberations and in the interest of our esteemed readers, it has been decided to return your consignment. We expect you either to rectify your mistake, or our order may please be treated as cancelled.

Hoping you to do the needful for the sake of fair dealings and your own reputation,

Yours sincerely,

Renu Talwar
