This is to inform you that your cheque no. 236984 dated January 19, 2008 has been dishonoured by the bank. The cheque was released by you against our bill number 118880. We are sorry to say but it is important to let you know that we do not supply goods to those firms, which delay payments. We would request you to issue another cheque in lieu of the bounced cheque. Your representative may please collect the latter from our office between working hours. We hope incidents like these would not happen in future.
