Sir,
On high recommendations, I purchased a frost-free Refrigerator of 265 liters from your firm vide cash memo no. 203, dated 10 June2008. You provided me a warranty letter for one year against any technical fault. I am surprised to see that after using it for a month, the freezing section of the refrigerator is not working properly. We are unable to get even a single eatable fresh when they have been kept in it. Hardly the summer season has set in and we are feeling a great inconvenience with our refrigerator.
I request you that the refrigerator will be replace at your earliest. An early replacement will help the family.
