Shyam: Yes. Mr. M.N. Roy gave the idea of the Indian Constitution first of all.

Shyam: Yes. It was passed on November 26, 1949. Now can you tell me who made the Indian Constitution?

Ram: Why not? Indian constitution was made by the constituent assembly of India.

Ram: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is known as the father of the Indian Constitution.

Shyam: The President appoints the Prime Minister of India.

Shyam: The Vice President of India presides over the meetings of the Rajya Sabha.

Shyam: No. Only the Lok Sabha can dismiss the Council of Ministers.
