Receptionist: Good morning, sir. Can I help you?
Visitor: Good morning, I want a room in your hotel, please.
Receptionist: Have you booked a room in our hotel?
Visitor: No, 1 am afraid not.
Receptionist: How long will you want to stay in our hotel?
Visitor: I want to stay for at least five days, possibly longer.
Receptionist: You are welcome to stay any longer. First, let me see what we have at present. Do you want a single room or a double room.
Visitor: Could you tell me, what are your charges for a single and double room?
Receptionist: We charge Rs. 20 for a single room and Rs. 35 for a double room per day.
Visitor: Do you think a single room will be good enough for our comfortable stay?
Receptionist: I have a very good single room at the third floor but it will be vacant only tomorrow before noon time.
Visitor: What about a good double room?
Receptionist: I can offer you a very good double room at the fifth floor from where you can have a wonderful view of the Shimla Hills.
Visitor: Thank you, we would very much like to have this room. Please book this room in my name.
Receptionist: Kindly write your particulars in this Register and sign at this place.
Visitor: What about the breakfast?
Receptionist: The breakfast is included in our charges.
Visitor: And how about the other meals?
Receptionist: They are charged for separately. You can eat in our Restaurant or anywhere outside, as you desire, please.
Visitor: Can we get our morning tea also?
Receptionist: Yes, please, that is also included in our charges. You can tell us the time, when you want the morning tea and the breakfast to be served.
Visitor: I would like the morning tea at 7 A.M. and breakfast at 9.30 A.M.
Receptionist: Thank you, sir. I have noted down your requirements.
Visitor: Who will carry our luggage to Our room?
Receptionist: This porter will carry your luggage to the room and here is your key, sir.
Visitor: Thank you, very much
Receptionist: I wish you a very comfortable stay at our hotel, sir.”
