You and your friends want to paint a wall in your own classroom. You wish to ask the Principal to assign a wall to the students to let them show their creative expression.
Discuss with your partner:

1. What problems can occur when it is decided to paint a wall?

2. What should be done to make it a team work?

Candidate A: Hey ! Ravi have you heard that our classroom is getting painted?

Candidate B: Ah ! that’s a great news. But this time we must request the principal to assign a wall to the students to paint it.

Candidate A: Yes, I also want that we should paint our classroom wall and express our creative expression.

Candidate B: Yes, it will be a chance to present our ideas and love for our class.

Candidate A: But there may have some problems.

Candidate B: What kind of problems, friend?

Candidate A: Students may come with different contradicting ideas, insist working separately.

Candidate B: We can solve this problem. We shall try to involve them in the team work and assign different work.

Candidate A: Yes, that will work.

Candidate B: Yes, friend, we will solve all the problems and work as a team.
