Mrs. Sachdeva: Good morning, Dr. Sehgal.

Dr. Sehgal: Good morning, Mrs. Sachdeva. What’s the trouble with you?

Mrs. Sachdeva: Dr. Sehgal, I’m not feeling well.” I have been suffering from a fever for the last two days.

Dr. Sehgal: Have you got your blood checked for malaria?

Mrs. Sachdeva: Yes, Doctor. But they told me that I’m not suffering from malaria.

Dr. Sehgal: Are you suffering from any other ailment also?

Mrs. Sachdeva: Yes, Doctor. I am having a bad cold and sore throat, and my whole body is aching.

Dr. Sehgal: Are you still having a fever?

Mrs. Sachdeva: Yes, Doctor. I am having a slight fever even now. But last night it was quite high.

Dr. Sehgal: Don’t worry. You will be all right soon. Let me feel your pulse.

Mrs. Sarhdava: Doctor, I could not sit, stand or walk during the last two days.

Dr. Sehgal: At this time, the fever is very slight. I am giving you the medicine and you will be all right within four days.

Mrs. Sachdeva: Doctor, I am also feeling a lot of weakness in my body.

Dr. Sehgal: It’s only due to the fever. You should not worry about this. I am going to give you an injection and you will recover quickly.

Mrs. Sachdeva: Thank you, Doctor.

Dr. Seghal: All right. I shall issue you a medical certificate also, for seven days. Now here is your medicine.

Mrs. Sachdeva: Please tell me, how shall, I take these medicines?

Dr. Sehgal: This medicine is for three days only. There are six capsules, take one in the morning and ‘one in the evening. This is the cough syrup, take one teaspoonful in the morning and one in the evening.

Mrs. Sachdeva: What about these white tablets?

Dr. Sehgal: Take one tablet out of these, after very six hours.

Mrs. Sachdeva: What should I eat?

Dr. Sehgal: You should not eat any heavy or spicy food. You should cat only light food. You can take milk and also eat apple.

Mrs. Sachdeva: How much should I pay you, doctor?

Dr. Sehgal: Rupees three hundred, please.

Mrs. Sachdeva: Here it is, please.

Dr. Sehgal: Thank you.

Mrs. Sachdeva: Thank you, doctor. I shall see you after three days.

Dr. Sehgal: I hope you will be all right within three days itself.
