November 10, 2003 This is to inform all the sundry that due to the arrival of the President of U.S.A. no traffic will be allowed within the precincts of Rashtrapati Bhawan and India Gate. All the vehicles would take the Ring Road for commuting. This restriction of traffic is from 11.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The nearby connecting roads will also be cordoned off for security reasons.
