Prompt – 2

Your friend is part of the district volleyball team and often has to miss classes. His teachers and his parents are unhappy about this and have asked him to quit sports.

With your partner, discuss what he should do to resolve his problem.

Candidate A – Our friend is going through a tough phase.

Candidate B –  Yes, he is finding it very difficult to manage his Studies along with Sports.

Candidate A – Studies and Sports both are necessary for him, so how can he manage both things?

Candidate B – I think, he should take the matter to his Sports as well as Subject Teachers and also talk to his parents.

Candidate A –  You are right, his teachers can adjust his timings accordingly. And that would him.

Candidate B – Yes ! Then let’s go and tell him about this.

Question 1 :- How should your friend go about your advice?

Answer 1 :- He should talk to his parents before and then consult with his teachers.

Question 2 :- What should he do if his teachers refuse to acknowledge his plea ?

Answer 2 :- Then, he should go to the higher authorities.
