A Journey by An Aeroplane

1. I had the desire to travel by an aeroplane. This desire was fulfilled when my father, mother and sister went to Bangalore.
2. After going through all the necessary check-ups and formalities we were handed over our boarding passes.
3. We were taken to the waiting aircraft in a bus. We got down the bus ad climbed up the steps attached to the aircraft.
4. At the door we were welcomed by a smiling air hostess. She directed us to our seats.
5. Soon the door of the craft was closed. All the passengers were to die themselves to their respective seat with belts.
6. The craft moved on the runway. Then it took off and gathered speed. We went higher and higher.
7. Below houses, trees and other buildings grew smaller and smaller. We were in the clouds.
8. It seemed to me as if we were floating in the sky. We were served refreshments by the polite air hostess.
9. After about 90 minutes we reached the Bangalore airport. Once again, we were told to die ourselves to our seat with the belt.
10. The aircraft nose-dived, outspread its tyres and touched the runway with a slight jolt. Then it slowed down and finally stopped dead. I enjoyed my first a journey in the aircraft. It was thrilling.
