The Postmaster,

General Post Office,

Delhi.

Sir,

Mr. Ram Lal, the postman of our area deserves to be pulled up. He does not deliver the dak in time. Sometimes, he throws the dak in the open courtyards instead of put-ting it properly into the letter boxes installed in the houses. I have seen him even handing down letters to little children. He is also in the habit of demanding “bakhshish” on festivals. Above all, Mr. Ram Lal is very rude and discourteous. He is not ready to own his mistake when it is brought to his notice. Sometimes, he delivers the dak carelessly to wrong houses, without caring to read the addresses properly.

It is, therefore, requested that Mr. Ram Lal should preferably be replaced by some more competent postman or at least he should be brought to book.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

X.Y.Z.
