Subject: Friendly Cricket Match.
Sir,
Most humbly it is requested that I have received an offer for a friendly match from the captain M.C.C. Cricket Eleven, a local cricket team, with our team on a convenient date in our school playground.
M.C.C. is a registered team and the captain is personally known to me. As such it is requested that a formal permission may kindly by granted for the match to be played in the school premises as and when suitable. It will give a good occasion to our student players to practice with an outsider team in our own ground.
I hope the permission is granted after due consultation of in charge teacher sports. Further it is requested that no outsider be allowed to watch the game to avoid any act of indiscipline.
