Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully I lay down the following suggestions for the improvement of our School.
First the students should be debarred from walking on the lawns because no grass can grow when students are allowed free movement on lawns. These should be fenced off from main roads.
A special fund may be raised for repair of broken doors and windows.
The students may provide voluntary service for whitewashing and painting of the school building.
