Further to this, we would like to bring to your kind notice that due to strike, Indian Airways has been lifting only 30 per cent of its total loading capacity during the last fortnight, resulting in considerable backlog. Your parcels have already been hooked and the same will be loaded on Flight No. 143 leaving Bengaluru on 17th October, 2011.

We shall arrange to send the documents on 19th October 2011 through our representative.
