Sir,
Please allow me to draw your attention to the poor bus service in our locality. The number of buses from our locality is insufficient and during peak hours, these buses run late. Usually, these buses come overcrowded from the starting point itself. The service of these buses is irregular and the passengers have to wait for a long time. To add to our woes, some of the buses are unroadworthy and need maintenance and servicing.
I, therefore, request you to look into the matter personally. Kindly increase the number of buses at least during peak hours.
