Sir,
I bought a Rolex Tudor watch from you on 25th December, 2002. I regret to inform you that it is not working properly. Every day it goes five minutes slow, and on two occasions it completely stopped working, though it had been wound properly.
I am returning it to you with my servant, along with the bill and the guarantee card. I request you either to thoroughly repair it or to replace it by a new watch.
Yours faithfully,
X. Y. Z.
