Respected Sir,
With due respect I would like to inform your goodself that in the last three semesters my attendance was 95 percent which was more than required. However in the last semester, I was hospitalised for more than one and a half month for which I have already furnished the hospital documents; thereafter I was advised rest for a period of 15 days for which a doctor’s certificate is enclosed. I would like to request your goodself to permit me to appear for the final exam which is also a path to a career.
