Respected Madam,
I am really very sorry for looking into my partner’s test copy during the Maths test today. I know you have taught us that cheating is wrong and it is more honorable to fail, but I so badly wanted to get the highest marks, I just could not resist the temptation.
However, I now bitterly regret my action, and promise never to do it again. Please forgive me.
