This is in reference to your letter dt. Dec. 12, 2002, for the sole distributorship of our products. We are thankful to you for showing an interest in our products. As requested by your good selves, we hereby state to you our terms and conditions which are as follows.
(i) You have to life a minimum value of Rs. 20 lacs worth of products which will have the entire product range of consumer durables.
(ii) Your deposit with the company should be Rs. 5 lacs which will be refunded to you when you decide to terminate your business dealings with us.
(iii) You have to furnish a detail of your business for the last three years including your turnover which will be of utmost concern.
