Circular : To all parents of the students from IX and X
Dear Sirs,
Taking into consideration the immense relevance and usefulness of educational tours to the places, blessed with great cultural heritage of our country, the School is pleased to inform that arrangements have been made to take the students from IX and X to Agra and Fatehpur Sikri during the coming Dussehra holidays. Two De-Luxe buses have been chartered for the trip and at Agra, the students and their escorts would be staying in the hostel of the K.V.S. on September 18 and 19.
The buses are scheduled to leave at 8.00 a.m. sharp on September 18 and return at about 5.00 p.m. on September 20, 2007. The whole trip, including conveyance, boarding and lodging, is going to cost Rs. 250/- only.
