Sub. : Request to settle our long-pending account
Dear Sirs,
Since you are invariably quite prompt in settling your accounts, it is surprisingly unbelievable how the payment for the consignment sent in November and December last year is still outstanding. The arrears, which are yet to be cleared, come to Rs. 23595 (Rs. twenty-seven thousand, five hundred and ninety-five only).
In case you require any clarification, we would welcome either a call from you or a personal visit by any of your representatives. If the oversight is clear to your accounts department, the delayed payment may please be remitted at your earliest either in the form of a crossed a/c payable cheque, or a B.D.
Assuring you of our co-operation.
Sincerely yours,
