Sir,
This is to inform you that as per your order No. vide IC/M/4264/ 4/10/2002, for the supply of tea, we have already sent the same to the Mumbai Port, but there is unrest of the workers in the docks. All consignments have been delayed. Meanwhile, we have already e-mailed you the other relevant documents, so that the payment from your side can be released. It is expected that the unrest will soon be over as the Govt. of India is negotiating with the workers.
The inconvenience caused is highly regretted, although you will accept the fact that as per the agreement, we are a week ahead of the schedule. Hope to hear from you soon.
