Sir
The menace of stray dogs has assumed an alarming proportion in our cities and towns. It is generally very difficult for one to visit the house of a friend or relative.
We often hear children and old people in particular bitten by stray dogs. The superstitious people in our society throw chapatties to these dogs to earn blessings of God and these brutal creatures thus flourish and multiply on their charity.
The municipal corporations and committees should take effective steps to control the population of these ferocious dogs.

the menac of stray dogs is in cities as well as in towns some superstitious people throw chhapaties too stray dogs to earn the bleesings of god there are no rules to stop these types of menac they are huge in number children could nt go to friends house etc because of dangeous stray dogs they wander here and there in the search of food in to the streets some times they entered into the houses and attacked on the little children some of the children get injured some of the cases happened dogs bite them and died because of dog bitten some of the butches used the stray dogs for meat purposes
