The undersigned would like to request you to open a letter of credit for $ 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Dollars) favouring M/s. Goodwill Publishing House, New Delhi to be made available to them till September 30, 2003, against a shipment of books by M/s. G.M. Publishers, leaving Mumbai on the August 31, 2003. The payment will be drawn by M/s. Goodwill Publishing House at 90 days against shipping dispatch. The draft will be accompanied by the usual documents.
