The undersigned would like to inform you that he no longer finds it viable to do business with your esteemed organisation as the operating margin offered by your organisation is not profitable. Moreover, with the competition warming up, he has got better offers from other organisations which he finds more profitable. Under these circumstances, he has decided to have no further business association with your organisation. We are hereby enclosing a draft for Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) which takes care of your outstanding dues. You are requested to issue a receipt for the same and annual the business contract.
