जोश मलीहाबादी ‘आजकल’ मासिक पत्र के सम्पादक थे। एक बार उनके मित्र ने पूछा, “कहिए जोश साहब सरकारी नौकरी में कैसी गुजर रही है ?”
जोश साहब ने थोड़ा ठहर कर उत्तर दिया, “क्या बतायें भैय्या, जंगल में बादशाह को तांगे के आगे जोत दिया है।”
