Sir,
I would like to intimate you that on April 11, 2003, I went to D.P.S., Dwarka to watch a programme. However, on returning, I found my car DL-6C-8054 missing from the premises. The matter was immediately reported to the Police Station at Dwarka Sec. – 6, around 11.00 p.m., the time of the occurrence of the incident, a xerox of which is also enclosed herewith. The car was f Maruti Zen make and was insured for a sum of Rs. 3,50,000 (Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only) and subject to annual depreciation. The car was properly locked including the alarm clock. It has been now over a month and the police is still clueless about the theft. You are therefore requested to process the papers to expedite the payment of the insurance claim. I am available at your disposal as and when needed to cooperate in any matter.
